The baby changing and breastfeeding rooms are located on each sales level on the east side (towards the train station), between the toilets.

The ATMs of Zuger Kantonalbank and Post Finance are located on the UVE (lower sales level).

Battery empty? No problem, free charging stations for smartphones and tablets are available at LUXMobile on the UVE (lower sales level).

It's that easy to charge your device:

1. Plug in your smartphone or tablet
2. Enter your own PIN with four to six digits and confirm the code
3. The compartment opens automatically when you enter and confirm your number again

In an emergency, the defibrillator can be obtained from the Migros customer service desk on the MVE (middle sales level) or from SportX on the OVE (upper sales level).

Dogs may be kept on a lead in Zugerland. Exceptions are grocery stores. Dogs may not be carried in shopping trolleys.

At the main entrance on the UVE (lower sales level) there are small lockers for shopping bags on the east side (towards the train station).

In the mall area at the main entrance east (lower sales level) there is a service area with the following facilities: passport photo booth, post machine, letterbox and information wall with various Zug Tourism brochures.

Shopping carts for wheelchair users
The shopping carts for wheelchair users are located on the MVE (middle sales level) in front of Migros.

All special shopping carts for children are located in parking lot P3 at the entrance to the Purzelbaum children's paradise.

There are two ladies' and two men's rooms' toilets on each sales level.

There is also a wheelchair-accessible toilet on each sales level (west side), which can be opened with the Eurokey. The key can be borrowed from Coiffure Weibel, Mc PaperLand and Tschümperlin Schuhe + Sport.

You can use the "MIGROS WiFi" free of charge throughout the shopping center. All you need to do is register once.

As part of Generation M, Migros' sustainability pledge, a wild bee paradise was opened in summer 2015. Next to the main west entrance is an area of around 340 m², which has been transformed into a habitat for wild bees with native plants. Numerous informative information boards provide visitors with interesting information about bees and their nesting sites.
