1. VALIDITY OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
The Centermanagement reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions if necessary. In the context of order process, the customer acknowledges the GTC in the version valid at the time of placing the order.
 

2. DATA PROTECTION
The customer data collected by the provider will only be used to process the order without the explicit consent of the customer. We transmit the personal data to the post office, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the order. Personal data will only be processed to the extent to which we are entitled to do so ourselves. The customer acknowledges that the supplier can only process orders without delay if correct (in particular current) and complete customer data including e-mail address are available to him.
 

3. ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The gift card can be charged with any amount (online:  from CHF 20.– to CHF 500.–/Migros customer service: from CHF 10.– to CHF 500.–, no centimes). The order is binding for the customer. The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places his order. The receipt of the order is confirmed to the customer by an automatically generated e-mail to the address provided by the customer. The automatically generated order confirmation by e-mail does not constitute a guarantee of availability or delivery. It only indicates to the customer that his order has been received and that the contract has been concluded subject to availability. The Centermanagement reserves the right to refuse a customer's order.
 

4. PRICES / VAT
The stated prices include the legally prescribed VAT rate. Price adjustments are expressly reserved. All orders are payable exclusively in Swiss francs CHF.
 

5. PAYMENT
Payment exclusively takes place by prepayment to the bank account indicated by e-mail.
 

6. DELIVERY
The order will be shipped exclusively to Switzerland. The supplier endeavours to process orders on schedule but assuming no liability. Generally, the following delivery conditions apply:

• A Mail (CHF 20.– to CHF 199.–)
  Delivery: within five working days
  Shipping costs: free of charge
• Registered (CHF 200.– to  CHF 500.–)
  Delivery: within five working days
  Shipping costs: CHF 6

Note: Orders up to CHF 199 are sent by A Mail. From CHF 200, the delivery is sent by registered mail and the delivery costs are to pay by the customer. For time-critical orders, it is recommended that the gift card be obtained directly from Migros Customer Service at Zugerland.
 

7. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
In the event of an unjustified refusal to accept the delivered goods, the customer must pay the costs incurred by the supplier in addition to the purchase price.
 

8. REDEMPTIONS
Returns of correctly delivered goods are not possible.
 

9. WARRANTY / COMPLAINTS / OBJECTIONS
In the event of incorrect delivery, a copy of the online order must be enclosed with the return shipment. The costs of the return shipment are borned by the customer. In the case of vouchers, there is no guarantee on the part of the provider for the services purchased with the vouchers. Warranty rights are to be asserted exclusively against the respective service provider. The gift card is impersonal and transferable. This card must therefore be treated like cash. In the event of loss, theft or damage to the gift card, Zugerland accepts no liability; such cards will not be replaced.

With the credit balance on the gift card, the Customer can purchase goods and services from the participating Zugerland shops. If payment is not possible due to a technical malfunction, Zugerland's shops reserve the right to temporarily refuse payment with gift cards. It is not possible to pay the total amount or the balance in cash or to exchange it for vouchers.

The gift card cannot (yet) be redeemed at these shops: Purzelbaum, k kiosk, Zuger Kantonalbank and Migrol.
 

10. LIABILITY
Indemnity claims due to incorrect illustrations, texts and prices or late delivery are excluded. The liability of the provider is limited exclusively to damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
 

11. RETENTION OF TITLE
The vouchers remain the property of the provider until full payment has been received.
 

12. APPLICABLE LAW / PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The present contract is subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hochdorf.
